RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  1. Responsible to carry out end-to-end recruitment and selection activities to find new employees in accordance with the required qualification and quality.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers/users to identify manpower needs and job requirements.
  3. Create and post the job vacancy on several social media and various recruitment platforms such as Linkedin, Glints, Jobstreet, Karir.com, etc. and optimize all the features to get prospective candidates.
  4. Actively source resume/screen CV (Curriculum Vitae) and conduct initial screening interviews.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate interview, invites candidate by phone or email for an interview with Manager/users and relevant stakeholders,
  6. Administer or coordinate and schedule the test and medical check-up as needed.
  7. Provide clear candidates review report and recommendation on 3-10 prospective candidate.
  8. Ensure the new hire get employee induction and office facilities are ready to use to support the work activities such as but not limited to the availability of stationery office, desk, computer/laptop, etc.
  9. Prepare the BPJS Kesehatan for a new employee, including any document for registration and assists co-workers to issue BPJS invoice payments that will be submitted to payroll, etc.
  10. Prepare and update an employment contract, ME (Management Evaluation) to any related managers, employment form, and other administrative duties
  11. Input the new employee’s data on the database system (HRIS) and archiving documents.
  12. Any other reasonable duties as directed by the HR Manager and/or management within known

JOB SPECIFICATION

  1. Minimum graduated bachelor’s degrees in relevant major especially Psychology/ Management/ Law.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field as HR Officer or Recruitment Officer, and in relevant industries like Contractor, MEP, Manufacture, Oil & Gas.
  3. Have good communication skills, negotiation skills, and be able in a relationship with employees.
  4. Ability in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other basic computer literacy to support the works.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
