Software Implementation Specialist
Skill Requirements
- MUST have FLUENT English ability (will be assessed in interview by native English speaker).
- TOEFL iBT score of 100+.
- Recent University graduates are welcome to apply. Degree in STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Mathematics) or Accounting recommended with minimum GPA 3.50.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
- Strong MS Word skills.
- Good general computer skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Strong analytical & logic skills.
Characteristics
- Willing to work on remote project sites in Indonesia and overseas in Papua New Guinea for periods of time.
- Confident to “sell” the benefits of the software to new users and implement new processes and carry out training for new users.
- Double checks work to ensure no errors.
- Methodical approach to data entry.
- Strong lateral thinking to overcome difficulties/obstacles.
- Will communicate when there is an issue and work collaboratively to solve problems.
- Fast learner and eager to continually improve.
- Able to work under pressure
Experience
- Experience with accounting, purchasing or project management is an advantage.
- Previous work doing data entry or training is an advantage.
- Previous experience acting as a “change agent” is an advantage.
Job Description:
- Assist users to setup applications appropriate with users/company requirements.
- Provide consultancy for users about best practices in project management.
- Support and assist with problem-solving for users.
- Gather user requirements and implement the system.
- Provide user training.
- Report to the manager/management team about user needs and problems regularly.
- High volume data entry for project controls software.
- Reconciling numbers to ensure what is entered is correct.
- Assisting generally in the office environment to help others.
